DIRECTIONS:

The Seasons Bed and Breakfast is located one short block west of the Ocean Beach Ferry Terminal.
To reach The Seasons, take the Long Island Expressway to Exit 53, Sagtikos Parkway to the Southern
State Parkway. From Southern State Parkway, take exit 42 South, Fifth Avenue, Bay Shore. Take Fifth
Avenue to the first traffic light after the L.I.R.R. tracks. Turn right at the third light onto Fourth Avenue,
which becomes Maple Avenue after the light on Main Street. The ferries leave from the first parking lot on
the left, approximately one-third of a mile from Main Street. When you step off the ferry, go one very short
block... we'll be waiting for you.
